Using CallToClose
CallToClose is a software service for service businesses to organize customer inquiries, calls, estimates, and related operations. You are responsible for information you enter, the businesses you represent, and your use of the service.
Text-message program terms
Participating businesses may use CallToClose to send customer-care texts about a service request, appointment, or estimate after obtaining the recipient's consent. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Recipients can reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help.
Your responsibilities
You must obtain and keep accurate records of customer consent before sending text messages, honor opt-out requests, and use the service in compliance with applicable law and carrier requirements. CallToClose may suspend use that creates a security, compliance, or service risk.
